We really worried about which builder would eventually complete our basment conversion. We struggled to find an Architect who would give us ideas and inspiration to develop something we liked. Then we found The Basement Guys, They did it all. They gave us many different design options, then they compiled beautiful 3 dimensional moving plans, that really helped us to see the potential. When it cam to the build , they were just as professional.

I wanted someone to convert the loft on a property I was in the process of buying, with a view to letting. I needed someone to move fast, I wanted designs and plans soon after completion. I wanted the build started the day I got approval from the local authority. And I wanted the build finished quick, I needed to get tenants in to start repaying the mortgage for me.
